Returns & Exchanges
Before an item is returned, the product must meet the following criteria:
1. All potential returns must be reported to Springboard Online Pool Shop prior to the product being returned. Notification of the intended return must be received by Springboard within 5 business days of receipt of the product. Contact Springboard directly or via email: info@springboarpoolsupplies.com.au
2. If you would like to return the product to change the size or colour, the product must not be opened or used to be returned. Springboard will not cover the expense of return shipping.
3. If you would like to return the product for a full refund, the product must not be opened or used to be returned. Springboard will not cover the expense of return shipping.
4. If you would like to return the product due to faulty equipment or quality, Springboard will cover the cost of return shipping and will issue a replacement.
Shipping Options
Springboard is an Australian based company and services its states and territories. We ship all of our products within 2 – 5 business days with the exception of products distributed by Jewel Pools.
The DIY Kits purchased through Jewel Pools will be delivered between 4 – 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Additional time may be needed during peak season. Notification from Jewel Pools will be given if delivery will be outside this time frame.
Shipping fees are based on the Australia Post fee schedule. The weight of the product will determine how much you will pay for shipping. You will be able to see the cost of shipping as you check out.
Privacy Statement
Springboard Online Pool Shop strives for customer satisfaction and guarantees confidentiality. We will not disclose customer information to third parties nor will we keep our customer’s financial details on record. Customer information such as name, phone, address & email address is stored for the convenience of returning customers only.
